Apply cold
Hundreds apply. Software reads first. Keep it small, and send a CV that tells one story.
I'm Marton. I coach senior PMs going for £100k+ roles through the whole process: getting seen, winning the interviews, negotiating the offer, and your first 90 days in the new role. No more getting ghosted. Just a system that works.
The PM who gets hired is the one the hiring manager can't wait to tell the team about.
The best roles rarely start with an application.

AI writes the applications. AI screens them out. Nobody gets what they want.
Three ways into your next role. Most of your week goes on the worst one.
Hundreds apply. Software reads first. Keep it small, and send a CV that tells one story.
You get the roles they need to fill. Make them find you for the ones you want.
Talk to the people who hire, every week. Hear about roles first. Walk in already known.
Reach out every week: requests → conversations → interviews. And every conversation stays in your network for your next move.
Here's what changes when the system runs. ↓
Nothing about your background changes. What changes is how it's told, and who hears it.
Reused for every move after this one.
We collect your stories role by role, and question by question, the way an interviewer asks for them. You keep a story library you reuse for every move, because your past experience doesn't change.
A real one: a senior PM moving on from a large tech company. We rebuilt his CV around one story, and within weeks he had interviews. He signed an offer, and before his first day we planned how to start strong.
A CV gets read for a few seconds. A story gets repeated in the debrief.
That's why every stage starts from your story, and why everything we build points back to it.
One full system that takes you from where you are to landing your dream role, and starting strong in your first 90 days.
Where are you heading?
We find out where you are against the role you want. You see the gap for yourself on the scorecard.
You keep: your career map and the baseline we measure the move against.
What's your story?
Hiring managers look for the thread that connects your jobs. We find yours, then put it everywhere they'll look.
You keep: a story bank you can draw on for every interview and every review cycle.
Who needs to hear it?
Targeted posts and real conversations, so the people who hire know you before they read your CV.
You keep: a search system set up with you: target list, research and drafts, on tools you own.
How do you win the interviews, and the pay?
I've run more than 300 product interviews. I know what gets said in the debrief.
You keep: an interview kit and a negotiation plan you can reuse.
How do you make the first 90 days count?
Your first 90 days decide how the new team sees you for years.
You keep: the same system, now running your new role.
Every stage leaves you something you keep. The connections you make along the way stay yours too.
Start with four focused calls, or take the whole move over six months. Same system, 1:1 with me.
All five stages, from where you stand to your first 90 days in the new role. For senior PMs going for £100k+ roles: moving up a level, or into a better company.

When I was hiring PMs, the ones who got the offer could hold their own in a productive debate. They presented a case study, got grilled on the details, and their chain of thought stayed clear the whole way. The strong PMs who missed out usually had a good answer. They just couldn't explain how they got there.
Not sure which one fits? Book the call. If four calls are enough, I'll say so.

You'll be pleased to know that they've offered me the role … And I have accepted

…huge improvements on my CV conversions and pushing me to think about my journey story, also throwing some impact in there. As I kept interviewing I saw more and more the points you were trying to nail and it became very apparent as I kept learning and tweaking through each interview.

First months in the new role
In the one year I've worked with Marton, he has led the company into the age of modern product development, transforming the company to one that measures its success by outcomes, not outputs. … By coaching far beyond his immediate team and instilling a growth mindset, he made our product teams more agile, and set me up for a promotion in the last review cycle.
Alexandra Heimiller
Product Director · Scale-up
Marton is an excellent coach. He has a deep knowledge and expertise of product management, combined with a direct and constructive approach to giving feedback. … My leadership style, communication and overall approach to product management have significantly improved as a result of his coaching.
Ravi Sachdev
Senior Product Manager · UK government
I personally loved the storytelling and lunch and learn sessions Marton was running as they were really useful and practical, and I am applying the techniques I've learnt from him quite often.
Anna Kurochkina
Product Director · Global enterprise (EY)
Marton's approach to product leadership coaching was energising, pushing me and others to really think about how we can make a meaningful impact for our users and shift our culture towards a more effective, fast moving organisation. I enjoyed our sessions and felt challenged, energised and supported.
Ben Belward
Lead Product Manager · UK government
I'm Marton. I've spent about ten years in product, most recently as Director of Product at a venture-backed scale-up. Before that I led product across startups and scale-ups and founded three companies of my own.
I've sat on the hiring side and run more than 300 product interviews. I've built product teams, designed career ladders and redesigned how companies run their product interviews. It showed me how broken hiring is, and what makes it fairer: clear roles, clear expectations, and a focus on what matters.
For the last few years I've coached product people and senior leadership teams, at startups and at teams including the NHS and DfE. More than 100 senior leaders so far. I studied psychology, so my questions are as much about people as about product.
