When you've got several product calls in play, ask Claude for a review board. It lays each decision out as a card, the two options side by side, the why, your call, your notes, then hands you the whole log to paste wherever you track decisions. Same in Claude Code, Desktop, Cowork, and on the web.

    Download the ZIP and unzip it — you'll get a review-board folder.

    In Claude, open Settings, then Customize, then Skills, click +, and upload the folder (re-zip the review-board folder if prompted). Make sure code execution is turned on.

    In any chat, type /review-board — or just ask Claude to make a review board when you're weighing several calls.
