Set up & use
Three rules. The outcome goes in the first sentence, never a preamble. If there is detail worth reading, the reply names which part. And every answer ends with one closer written from your side: either the one thing you need to do, or that there is nothing and you can close it. That last rule is the one that changes how the answers read, because a model that has to write 'nothing for you' has to check whether that is true.
