The product builder programme

Build one AI setup that gets better every week, on your own real work.

Eight weeks. You finish with a setup that knows your product, does the heavy jobs of your week, and folds in the next tool instead of starting you over. You build it, so it is yours, and it leaves with you.

Everything is on this page. Prices are listed. For the cohort, the group and the one to one, there is no call to book and no salesperson to get past.

Nearly every senior PM uses AI daily. Very few have a setup that knows their product.

That distance is the whole thing. Not skill. You have the judgement already, and that is exactly what your years bought. It is that every session starts cold, so nothing you know has anywhere to go, and nothing adds up.

Here is why almost nobody has one. Every new tool costs you an evening, and next month there are three more. Keeping up was the job, so setting up properly never reached the top of the list. The tools ship faster than anyone can learn them. The maths never worked.

So there are levels above where most people stopped, and no one ever mentions them. Fifteen questions will show you which one you are on, in about four minutes, free. Most people come out lower than they would guess, and that is worth knowing before you spend a penny here.

What we actually do

You build it on your real work, from week one.

Not a generic template. Yours, around how you already work, on your own docs and your own roadmap. I give you the first structure, the one I run my own work on, and you build from there.

First, the base
We map how you actually think and where your week actually goes. A working session, not a questionnaire. Everything after this is built on it.
Then it learns your world
Your docs, your research pile, your roadmap, your standards. The setup stops starting cold, because your context lives somewhere it can reach.
Then it joins up
The pieces start feeding each other. Research goes back into the file it came from. A decision you made becomes the thing your next doc argues from.
Then you ship something with it
One real thing your team can react to, built through your setup rather than around it. This is the week it stops being a project and starts being how you work.
Then it keeps itself current
It keeps what worked and folds in what is new. A tool ships on a Tuesday and your setup absorbs it, instead of resetting you to zero.

By week eight, three things are true.

  • The heaviest jobs of your week run through your own setup.
  • At least one of them runs without you: briefed in the evening, reviewed in the morning.
  • You have shipped one working thing your team has seen.

The last one matters most. Your team gets something real to react to, and you stop being the person testing tools alone in the evenings.

Four ways in

Same build. Pick the depth and the privacy you want.

Every tier builds the same thing on the same spine. What changes is how close I am to your work, and who else is in the room.

The cohort

£999

A group of senior PMs, all building at once

  • Eight weeks, live, about an hour a week
  • Async in between, on your own real work
  • The structured way in, at the lowest price

The waiting list hears the next date first. That is the whole mechanic.

No spam. You hear the date before anyone else.

The small group

£1,999

Five or six people, at your level

  • Eight weeks, 90 minutes a week
  • Two hot seats a week, async cover in between
  • Peers who are solving what you are solving

Places open in small batches. Put your name down and you will hear the moment one does, before the newsletter does.

No spam. One email when there is a place, and nothing else.

One to one

£2,500

Just your product, and privately

  • Eight weeks, at your pace, starting when you start
  • My eyes on your actual work, week one to eight
  • Nobody watches you learn

Places open in small batches. Put your name down and you will hear the moment one does, before the newsletter does.

No spam. One email when there is a place, and nothing else.

For your team

Custom

A product org, run inside your walls

  • Your PMs go through it privately, in your toolchain
  • One session with leadership sets the standard
  • 60 days of office hours while it beds in

The only one that needs a conversation, because the shape depends on your constraints.

Places are capped because I build alongside every person. That is a fact about my week, not a countdown.

What this is not

  • A prompt library.
  • A tool course.
  • A playbook or a template you run.
  • A file you download and never open again.

Tools change and downloads go stale. That is the entire reason this exists as something you build, with me and a group in the room, rather than something you buy and file away. You build it around how you already work, so the next tool slots in instead of forcing you to start again.

It is also why there is no PDF version. The part that compounds is the part that cannot be sold as one.

The two things that stop almost everyone here

“I don’t have time for a programme.”

The build runs on your real work, so the time it saves starts inside the eight weeks rather than after them. Week one is the work you were doing anyway, done through the thing you are building.

“Is it worth the money?”

Weigh it against the other route: another year of tool-chasing evenings with nothing reusable at the end. This ends with a setup you keep using. The tool-chasing ends where it started.

Still not sure it is for you?

Then do not buy anything yet. Take the five free pieces and build the first bit yourself. They are free, there is no form, and most people who use them never buy a thing from me. If they suit how you work, you will know inside a week. That is a better answer than anything I could tell you here.

Who you would be building it with

I am a product leader, not an AI advisor. Ten years of my career has been in AI, most recently as Director of Product at a venture-backed scale-up. I have coached more than a hundred leaders across government, big consultancies and plenty of scale-ups, and built three companies of my own.

The part that matters for you: I run this exact setup on my own work every week, solo, in public. What I teach on Monday is what shipped my own work on Friday.

Skills go stale. A setup you keep improving does not.

Whatever you decide about working with me, build yours. If you want the version where you are not doing it alone, everything is above, with the prices on it.
